                         GENERAL PARK RULES
                             A complete set of Rules and Regulations will be provided at check-in.

  • Speed limit is set at 10 mph

  • Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am daily

  • All guests and visitors must do a one time check in with an ID before entering the park  

  • No parking on adjacent spaces or in the road

  • No smoking inside bathroom/shower or laundry facility

  • Help us maintain a clean and tidy park by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner, including cigarette buds.

  • Sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups.

  • Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items.

  • There is a $50 charge for each returned check.

  • There will be a $150 non-refundable fee to hold a monthly site.

  • RV must be in the site to receive an address verification letter.

  • Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others on the premises.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Park rules and policies are subject to change at anytime by management.

  • Noncompliance of rules is grounds for immediate eviction. No tents or sleeping in vehicles.

  • There will be a $150 late charge for monthly and weekly renters if payment is more than 3 days late.

PET POLICY
 

  • The following breeds are not allowed at Old Towne Rv Ranch: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, and Wolf Hybrids.​​

  • Upon arriving, all pets must be registered. Owners must provide records showing dogs have a current rabies vaccinations. 

  • One (1) pet is included in rent. A second pet will have an additional charge of $10.00 per month. You may not keep more than two pets on the premises.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash, under control, and quiet at all times or your pet may be asked to leave the park.

  • Pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage must vacate the premises.

  • Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.

  • Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings or pool area

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Stays for less than 28 nights:
    Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

    Stays for more than 28 nights:
    Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 30 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

My husband and I moved to this area a few years ago to start something new and exciting that would grow with our family. Today we are blessed to say we are thriving. We would love to have you come see us and enjoy our beautiful land and the wonderful amenities we have to offer.
