Rules and Regulations 

1. All guests and visitors must have and present a valid driver’s license upon request.

2. Old Towne RV Ranch does not offer leases.

3. Rent must be paid on the due date. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

   1. If the rent is not paid on the due date, you may be asked to leave the premises. If asked to leave your RV and Vehicles may be impounded if you do not promptly exit.

   2. A late fee of $100 will be added if payment is more than 3 days late.

4. We have Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates only.

   1. There will be no proration of lot rent.

   2. Our park is run like a hotel.

   3. No refunds of monthly site rent, after 7 days.

5. You are responsible for the electricity used at your site.

   1. Billed at .13 cents per kilowatt.

   2. If the electric bill is not paid it will be disconnected 3 days after the due date.

6. A one-time $150 incidental deposit will be required for monthly sites.                                     

   1. Incidental deposits are refundable if your electric bill is paid in full and the lot is left clean.

7. There will be a $150 fee to place a hold on a monthly site. If held for more than seven days, the fee will be non-refundable.

8. RV must be on the site to receive an address verification letter.

9. In the state of Oklahoma, we have the right of possession, no squatters allowed.

10. We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Checks, and cash.

    1. Credit Cards will incur a 3.6% usage fee.

    2. There will be a $25 charge for returned Checks.

11. No Parking on adjacent spaces or in the road.

12. No smoking inside laundry facility or bathroom/shower.

13. Please help us maintain a clean and tidy park by not littering.

    1. Dispose of trash in the proper manner, including cigarette butts.

14. Sites must be kept clean with no items stacked under the RV.

    1. No outside appliances such as Fridges, Washer or Dryers will be allowed.

15. A sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups.

16. Firepits are permitted. (Please extinguish the fire after every use.)

    1. No burning on windy or extremely dry days, or when under fire ban.

17. Grills are permitted.

18. No window units allowed.

19. Packages can be delivered if you use the park’s address.

    1. There is a package pickup location at the office building. You can retrieve them at your convenience.

       1. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    2. We have mailboxes located at the office where you can retrieve your mail.

1. Absolutely no repairing of vehicles at RV sites or in the park, (repairs on your RV is fine).

   1. RV’s can undergo repairs on site such as AC units, a repair man will be allowed in to assist, or you can contact our onsite RV repair service at (580) 481-8561.

   2. No remolding or painting the RV on the site.

   3. Washing RV or vehicles are permitted.

2. Reach out to management before making any kind of improvement to your site.

   1. Any improvements made to your site will remain at the site upon your departure.

3. No sleeping in vehicles.

4. No tents allowed.

5. No loud music.

6. An adult must accompany a child 18 years and under at the Pond, Pool and Playground.

7. Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held liable for the value of repairing or replacing damaged items.

PET POLICY

1. All pets must be registered with management, upon arrival.

   1. Owners must provide current vaccination records for pets over 15lbs.

2. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control.

3. No excessive barking will be allowed.

4. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet(s).

   1. Failure to pick up pet(s) poop will result in a $25 fine.

5. No pet(s) allowed on the pool deck.

6. No pet(s) allowed at laundry facilities.

7. Upon approval you may erect a small fence.

   1. Must receive site plans from management.

      1. Non-approved fences will be removed.

8. All pet(s) must be kept inside at night. No outside pet(s) will be allowed.

   1. If pet(s) are tied up outside your door must remain open.

9. The following breeds are NOT allowed at Old Towne RV Ranch.

   1. Pit Bulls

   2. Wolf Hybrids
