Sites include sewage and water hookups and wifi , we have 100 foot pull thrus with shaded lots and lots with great views of the country side. Located less than 3 miles from I35 on 35 acres of beautiful land in a secluded area. We strive to give you everything you need to make your stay with us one you will remember. LOCATION

You can get to our campground from Exit 3 or 5 off of I35,From exit 3 turn west onto Rogers Rd continue as it turns into Gladney Lake Rd, then turn right onto Old Towne rd drive 0.8 miles and we are on your left! From exit 5 proceed west on 153 continue straight onto Nashoba Rd less than one mile , go south on Old Towne Rd just past Sandpiper intersection we are on the west side of the road.

RATES

Daily -Holidays and Fri-Sun is $50 back up, $65 pull thru.

Daily -Mon-Thurs rates are $45 back up and $50 pull thru

Weekly -$300

Monthly-70ft back ups $495,

Monthly-100ft pull thrus $515

Monthly-Premium-Lots with great views of country side and shaded lots $595 all lots include wifi, water, sewer with 50 amp and 30amp power, electric is extra. Monthly lots must pay a refundable $125 incidental fee. Any monthly rvs that are older than 2012 will need additional screening, the rv must be in your name and not owner financed.
